Knurled Rivet Nut with Anti-Slip Teeth
Knurled barbed rivet nuts are precision fasteners with a flat flange head featuring anti-slip spikes and a shank with longitudinal knurling. The inner hole has a metric machine thread, and common sizes range from M3 to M12. They are made from high-quality low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, alloy steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, brass, and aluminum alloys. Carbon steel strength grades include 4.8, 6.8, and 8.8, while stainless steel grades include A2-50, A2-70, A4-70, and A4-80. Non-ferrous metals have a strength grade of at least 4.8. Various surface treatments are available, including environmentally friendly blue-white zinc plating, color zinc plating, black zinc plating, environmentally friendly nickel plating, zinc-nickel alloy plating, Dacromet coating, electrophoresis, PVD, stainless steel natural finish, and stainless steel passivation. This product features anti-slip and good fastening performance, and is suitable for scenarios such as fixing automotive interior parts, connecting furniture panels, assembling thin-walled parts, installing aluminum profile frames, and assembling outdoor equipment.
