Workshop Introduction
Our turning workshop is equipped with Japanese high-precision sliding-head CNC lathes and cam automatic lathes, focusing on micro and complex special-shaped hardware parts that cannot be produced by cold heading technology. The Suzhou plant undertakes new product R&D, sampling and small-batch high-precision orders, while the Vietnam plant focuses on mass standardized production. The dual-base cooperation fully meets the precision hardware processing needs of electronics, new energy, medical, industrial control and other industries.
Core Processing Capacity
  • Machining Size & Tolerance
    The outer diameter processing range is Φ1.0~32mm, the total length is 1.5~200mm, and the maximum machining diameter of cam lathe is Φ20mm. The dimensional tolerance of conventional mass-produced parts reaches ±0.01mm, and the tolerance of high-precision customized parts for medical and aerospace fields can be accurately controlled to ±0.003mm with excellent precision stability.

    We are good at processing complex special-shaped structures such as CD texture parts, eccentric grooves, micro holes, internal and external non-standard threads, multi-step shafts, PCB threaded inserts, equipment rotating shafts and precision pins, realizing precision modeling that cold heading technology cannot achieve.

  • Supporting Surface Finishes
    Equipped with complete in-house surface treatment production lines, we provide nickel/zinc plating, zinc-nickel alloy plating, anodizing, Dacromet, PVD vacuum coating and other processes, completing the whole process of machining and surface treatment in one stop to ensure product appearance and anti-corrosion performance
