Flat Head Knurled Rivet Nut
Flat-head knurled rivet nuts are riveting fasteners with a round, flat-head flange structure and a cylindrical shank with vertical knurling on the outer circumference. They feature a standard metric machine thread and an open tail, with common sizes ranging from M3 to M12. These nuts are made from a variety of commonly used materials, including high-quality low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, brass, and aluminum alloy. Surface treatments such as environmentally friendly blue-white zinc plating, color zinc plating, black zinc plating, environmentally friendly nickel plating, zinc-nickel alloy plating, Dacromet coating, electrophoresis, PVD, stainless steel natural finish, and stainless steel passivation are available to meet various requirements. Strength grades are diverse, with carbon steel reaching 4.8, 6.8, and 8.8, stainless steel available in A2-50, A2-70, A4-70, and A4-80, and non-ferrous metals no lower than 4.8. Due to their unique structure and excellent performance, they are widely used in sheet metal chassis and cabinet assembly, automotive parts connection, rail transit equipment, electronic equipment housings, and outdoor engineering sheet metal parts.
