Yongji Precision Hardware Co., Ltd. is a Turned & Misc Parts manufacturer producing precision pins, springs, keys, shafts and custom CNC turned components for OEM and ODM programs. Our range covers both standard and special geometries, machined on sliding-head CNC lathes and cam automatic lathes, with in-house surface treatment and dimensional inspection.
Our turned and miscellaneous parts family covers cylindrical and locating pins, spring pins, cotter pins, hinge pins, compression springs, parallel keys, pin needles and wiper shafts. Each item is produced to drawing or sample, with material, tolerance, surface finish and packaging defined before production.
We machine outer diameters from Φ1.0 mm to Φ32 mm and overall lengths from 1.5 mm to 200 mm. Cam lathes handle up to Φ20 mm. Standard mass-production tolerances reach ±0.01 mm, and high-precision custom parts for medical and aerospace applications can be controlled to ±0.003 mm.

We machine low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, 40Cr alloy steel, SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel, H59 brass, 6061 aluminum alloy, and support small-batch titanium alloy work. Incoming material is verified by spectrometer sampling before release to production.
Available finishes include blue-white zinc, colored zinc, black zinc, nickel plating, zinc-nickel alloy plating, Dacromet, electrophoresis, PVD vacuum coating, and stainless steel passivation. Standard finishes achieve 72 to 500 hours of neutral salt spray resistance, with longer-duration anti-corrosion processes available for harsh environments.
Our turning workshop runs Japanese high-precision sliding-head CNC lathes and cam automatic lathes. The Suzhou plant handles new product R&D, sampling and small-batch high-precision orders; the Vietnam plant focuses on mass standardized production. This dual-base arrangement supports prototype quantities through stable mass supply.
We produce complex special-shaped structures that cold heading cannot achieve, including eccentric grooves, micro holes, internal and external non-standard threads, multi-step shafts, PCB threaded inserts, equipment rotating shafts and precision pins. Secondary processing and collaborative production with cold heading are available for multi-step parts.
Our independent enclosed precision testing laboratory serves all four production workshops and operates under IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems. All testing equipment is calibrated annually by third parties.
We can issue material certificates, full-dimensional inspection reports, salt spray test reports, mechanical test reports, RoHS certificates, 8D quality improvement reports and PPAP compliance documents on request. Custom sampling plans can be aligned to your AQL standard.
