Flat Head Knurled Rivet Nut
Flat-head knurled rivet nuts are precision fasteners used for riveting. The head features a flat flange with anti-slip serrations, the shank has longitudinal knurling, and the inner hole has a standard metric machine thread. Common sizes range from M3 to M12. These nuts are manufactured using high-quality low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, alloy steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, brass, and aluminum alloys. They are available in carbon steel grades 4.8, 6.8, and 8.8; stainless steel grades A2-50, A2-70, A4-70, and A4-80; and non-ferrous metals with a strength of at least grade 4.8. Various surface treatments are available, including environmentally friendly blue-white zinc plating, color zinc plating, black zinc plating, environmentally friendly nickel plating, zinc-nickel alloy plating, Dacromet coating, electrophoresis, PVD, stainless steel natural finish, and passivation. Their structural features provide excellent anti-slip performance and connection stability, making them widely applicable in automotive interior parts fixing, furniture panel connection, thin-walled component assembly, aluminum profile frame installation, and outdoor equipment assembly.
