Flat Head Knurled Rivet Nut
Flat-head knurled rivet nuts are precision fasteners with a flat flange head featuring anti-slip serrations, a longitudinal knurled shank, and a metric machine threaded inner bore. Common sizes range from M3 to M12, and available materials include low-carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy. Surface treatments include environmentally friendly blue-white zinc plating, color zinc plating, black zinc plating, environmentally friendly nickel plating, zinc-nickel alloy plating, Dacromet coating, electrophoresis, PVD, stainless steel natural finish, and stainless steel passivation. These products feature excellent anti-slip properties and a stable connection, making them suitable for various applications such as fixing automotive interior parts, connecting furniture panels, assembling thin-walled components, installing aluminum profile frames, and assembling outdoor equipment. In terms of strength grades, carbon steel can reach 4.8, 6.8, and 8.8; stainless steel includes A2-50, A2-70, A4-70, and A4-80; and non-ferrous metals have a strength grade of at least 4.8.
