Yongji Precision Hardware is a global manufacturer specializing in precision fasteners and metal structural components. We are
China Precision Sheet Metal Parts Manufacturers and Custom
Sheet Metal Components Factory. Founded in 2003, the company has over two decades of experience serving international OEM and ODM customers across multiple industries.
With integrated manufacturing capabilities including cold heading, stamping, CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication...
Yongji Precision Hardware Co., Ltd. is a Sheet Metal Parts manufacturer serving global OEM and ODM programs from four production bases in Suzhou, Yangzhou and Vietnam. We produce chassis, brackets, covers, cabinets, enclosures and battery-related structural components from cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and copper alloys, using bending, welding, stamping and integrated finishing.
Our sheet metal range is built around custom drawings and application requirements rather than a fixed catalog. Prototype quantities, pilot batches and stable mass supply are all supported, with engineering review, tooling, forming, surface treatment and inspection handled inside our manufacturing system.
The range covers structural, protective and functional sheet metal components for electronics, energy storage, automotive, telecom and industrial equipment. Each product family below is produced to drawing, with material, thickness, openings and finish matched to the installation environment.
| Product family | Typical function | Common materials | Application fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Battery PACK | Power enclosure and cell support | Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel | New energy vehicles, energy storage, power tools, drones |
| Middle Plate / Intermediate Plate | Internal partitioning and support | SPCC cold-rolled steel, aluminum alloy | Electronic equipment, cabinets, home appliances |
| Back Plate / Rear Panel | Rear protection and mounting | Cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum | Electronic devices, cabinets, machinery |
| Cabinet / Enclosure | Equipment housing and protection | Cold-rolled steel, stainless steel | Industrial control, telecom, power systems |
| Enclosure / Housing | Component shielding and support | Aluminum, cold-rolled steel | Servo drives, electronics, instrumentation |
| Metal Cover | Top or side protection | Cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum | Equipment covers, display housings |
| Bent Metal Connecting Bracket | Structural connection and positioning | Carbon steel, stainless steel | Automotive, industrial equipment, cabinets |
Sheet metal components are selected by function: structural support, environmental protection, electrical shielding or thermal management. We match material and thickness to the load, corrosion exposure and installation method, then confirm the forming route.
For energy storage and e-mobility programs, we produce battery pack structures, square aluminum shells and e-bike lithium battery sheet metal with attention to flatness, weld quality and coating adhesion. For industrial control and telecom, cabinets and enclosures are built with precise openings, mounting bosses and cable entry features.
Our sheet metal fabrication is supported by stamping, bending, welding and finishing equipment across multiple bases. Typical production parameters are confirmed per drawing and application.
We confirm the working point, material, production target and interface requirements before finalizing the process route. When a part requires both sheet metal forming and machined features, our Turned & Misc Parts capability supports collaborative production.
Every sheet metal part we supply is customized to the equipment envelope, mounting pattern and environmental requirements. Standard openings, vents, display windows and studs can be added during tooling design.
Tooling is developed in-house, which allows us to adjust forming stations and fixtures as the design matures. For programs that combine sheet metal with fasteners, our Custom Fasteners range can be supplied as part of the same delivery.
Our independent precision testing laboratory performs incoming material inspection, in-process patrol inspection and finished product final inspection. Testing equipment is calibrated annually by third parties, and we can issue material certificates, dimensional reports, salt spray reports and PPAP documentation on request.
Our quality system follows IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and QC080000. Customer-specific AQL sampling plans and inspection standards can be built into the control plan.
Sheet metal parts are designed for straightforward installation: mounting holes, pilot features and bend reliefs are positioned to match the assembly sequence. We consider access for fastening, cable routing and component replacement during drawing review.
For maintenance, we recommend specifying wear-resistant finishes on contact surfaces and using replaceable covers or panels where service access is frequent. Spare parts can be produced from the same tooling to maintain fit and finish.
To prepare an accurate proposal, we review the following project inputs. Missing details are clarified during engineering review.
| Input category | Details we need |
|---|---|
| Drawings and models | 2D drawings, 3D files, tolerance requirements, critical dimensions |
| Material and finish | Steel grade, thickness, surface treatment, corrosion resistance target |
| Application environment | Indoor/outdoor, temperature, humidity, vibration, electrical requirements |
| Production volume | Prototype, pilot or mass production quantities and annual demand |
| Quality and documentation | Inspection standard, AQL, PPAP level, test reports required |
| Packaging and delivery | Packaging method, labeling, destination, delivery schedule |
We manufacture chassis, brackets, covers, cabinets, enclosures, battery pack structures and other custom sheet metal components. Our range includes battery pack housings, middle plates, back plates, metal covers, bent brackets and equipment backplates, all produced to customer drawings.
We process cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper and phosphor bronze. Sheet thickness for precision stamping and formed parts ranges from 0.15 mm to 3 mm, with bending and deep drawing tolerances typically controlled to ±0.05 mm.
Yes. Our Suzhou base handles new product development, sampling and small-batch high-precision orders, while Yangzhou and Vietnam bases support stable mass production. We scale tooling and process capacity as the program moves from validation to series supply.
Available finishes include zinc plating, nickel plating, zinc-nickel alloy plating, Dacromet, electrophoresis, PVD coating, passivation and painting. Finish selection is based on corrosion resistance, conductivity and appearance requirements.
Our precision testing laboratory performs dimensional, mechanical, corrosion and material analysis. We can issue material certificates, dimensional inspection reports, salt spray test reports, RoHS certificates and PPAP documents. The quality system follows IATF16949, ISO9001 and ISO14001.
We need drawings or 3D models, material and finish specifications, application environment, production volume, quality documentation requirements and delivery destination. With these inputs, we confirm the process route, tooling and inspection plan before issuing a proposal.
