Workshop Introduction

Equipped with 80T-300T servo precision presses, our stamping workshop specializes in precision stamping processing for various 0.15mm-3mm thin metal sheets, mainly producing RF shielding cavities, energy storage battery shells, conductive shrapnel and equipment mounting brackets. Complete stamping production lines are deployed in Yangzhou and Vietnam bases, supporting integrated post-processing procedures including welding, ultrasonic cleaning, electroplating and painting. We realize efficient mass production of thin-plate hardware parts and meet customized needs of precision structural parts in various industries.

The applicable sheet thickness ranges from 0.15mm to 3mm, covering ultra-thin conductive shrapnel to thick equipment structural brackets. Adopting servo closed-loop control system, the dimensional tolerance of bending and deep drawing forming is stably controlled at ±0.05mm with high forming accuracy and good consistency.
