External Tooth Knurled Washer
Externally knurled washers are precision fasteners, belonging to the custom fastener category. They feature a disc-shaped design with externally knurled edges, a raised step in the center, and a through hole. Common sizes can be customized to meet specific application requirements. These washers are made from high-quality low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, alloy steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, brass, aluminum alloy, and other commonly used materials. In terms of strength, carbon steel can reach grades 4.8, 6.8, and 8.8, while stainless steel includes A2-50, A2-70, A4-70, and A4-80, and non-ferrous metals are at least grade 4.8. Various surface treatments are available, including environmentally friendly blue-white zinc plating, color zinc plating, black zinc plating, environmentally friendly nickel plating, zinc-nickel alloy plating, Dacromet coating, electrophoresis, PVD, stainless steel natural finish, and stainless steel passivation. It plays an important role in scenarios such as connecting mechanical equipment components, assembling and fixing molds, preventing loosening of automated equipment, installing electronic equipment housings, and fixing and preventing loosening of hardware parts. It can effectively enhance the stability of the connection and the effect of preventing loosening. The execution standard is customized according to drawings.
