External Tooth Knurled Nut
External knurled nuts are precision fasteners made from common materials such as high-quality low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, alloy steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, brass, and aluminum alloy. They belong to the category of custom fasteners. They have a round nut structure with multi-tooth knurled patterns on the outer side and a metric machine thread on the inner hole. Common sizes range from M1 to M4, and are made to order according to drawings. In terms of strength grades, carbon steel is available in grades 4.8, 6.8, and 8.8; stainless steel includes A2-50, A2-70, A4-70, and A4-80; and non-ferrous metals are no lower than grade 4.8. Various surface treatments are available, including environmentally friendly blue-white zinc plating, color zinc plating, black zinc plating, environmentally friendly nickel plating, zinc-nickel alloy plating, Dacromet coating, electrophoresis, PVD, stainless steel natural finish, and stainless steel passivation. These nuts are suitable for precision instrument assembly, electronic equipment housing fixing, communication equipment assembly, small household appliance connection, and hardware anti-loosening fixing, offering excellent fastening and anti-loosening performance and wide applicability.
