Double Section Diagonal Knurl Injection Mold Nut
Double-segment knurled injection molded nuts are uniquely structured embedded fasteners. They feature oblique knurling at both ends, a smooth central axis, and a metric machine thread in the inner hole. Common sizes range from M2 to M8. Available materials include copper and stainless steel, with surface treatments such as nickel plating or natural passivation. Primarily suited for embedded applications in plastic injection molding, they play a crucial role in securing electronic device housings, assembling home appliances, connecting components in automated equipment, and reinforcing hardware, effectively improving the stability and reliability of connections. Products are manufactured according to custom drawings. Commonly used materials include high-quality low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, alloy steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, brass, and aluminum alloy. In terms of strength grades, carbon steel is available in grades 4.8, 6.8, and 8.8, while stainless steel is available in grades A2-50, A2-70, A4-70, and A4-80. Non-ferrous metals have a strength grade of no less than 4.8. Various surface treatments are available, including environmentally friendly blue-white zinc plating, color zinc plating, black zinc plating, environmentally friendly nickel plating, zinc-nickel alloy plating, Dacromet coating, electrophoresis, PVD, stainless steel natural finish, and stainless steel passivation.
