Flat Head Knurled Rivet Nut
Flat-head knurled rivet nuts are precision fasteners made of high-quality low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, alloy steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, brass, aluminum alloy, and other materials, belonging to the riveting component category. They feature a cylindrical flat-head structure, an anti-slip knurled shank, and a metric machine thread in the inner hole, with common sizes ranging from M3 to M10. These nuts offer various strength grades: carbon steel up to 4.8, 6.8, and 8.8; stainless steel A2-50, A2-70, A4-70, and A4-80; and non-ferrous metals at least 4.8. A variety of surface treatments are available, including environmentally friendly blue-white zinc plating, color zinc plating, black zinc plating, environmentally friendly nickel plating, zinc-nickel alloy plating, Dacromet coating, electrophoresis, PVD, stainless steel natural finish, and stainless steel passivation. They are suitable for riveting and fixing sheet metal parts, assembling automotive components, installing electronic device housings, connecting home appliances, and assembling communication equipment.
