It is manufactured using processes including sheet metal cutting, CNC bending, laser drilling, riveting/screw assembly, grinding, and black powder coating/electrophoretic coating. Materials available include SPCC cold-rolled steel sheet, SGCC galvanized sheet, and 6061/5052 aluminum alloy. Various surface treatments are offered, including black epoxy powder coating, electrophoretic black paint, powder coating, and anodizing (aluminum shell). This enclosure features dust and water resistance, shock and impact resistance, insulation and flame retardancy, and structural load-bearing capacity. It is widely used in energy storage power stations, forklift/AGV power batteries, low-speed new energy vehicles, industrial UPS power supplies, photovoltaic energy storage, and other industries. It is suitable for external protection and installation in scenarios such as construction machinery, residential/commercial energy storage equipment, vehicle-mounted electronic control and backup power modules. We support customized production according to customer-provided drawings or industry standards. Commonly used materials include high-quality low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, alloy steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, brass, aluminum alloy, etc. Surface treatments also include environmentally friendly blue-white zinc, color zinc, black zinc, environmentally friendly nickel plating, zinc-nickel alloy plating, Dacromet, PVD, stainless steel natural color, stainless steel passivation, brushed finish, and many other options.
