E-bike Lithium Battery Sheet Metal
The sheet metal casing for electric vehicle lithium batteries is a protective structural component specifically designed for the power battery systems of two-wheeled electric vehicles. It is made of SPCC cold-rolled steel sheet or SGCC galvanized steel sheet, CNC cut and bent into shape, and assembled as a whole through interface openings and riveted fixing posts. The surface can be treated with blue matte powder coating, black electrophoresis, or rust-proof oil impregnation, providing excellent rust and corrosion resistance. Internally, it can fully encapsulate lithium battery cells, BMS protection boards, and copper busbars, providing reliable waterproof and impact-resistant protection. A handle slot and cable outlet are provided on the top, accommodating both convenient wiring and easy disassembly/removal. It is suitable for internal installation in the footrest or seat compartment of electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, and tricycles, effectively handling dust and rain immersion during outdoor riding. It can also serve as a battery frame for shared battery swapping stations, meeting the requirements for bump resistance and impact resistance.
