Self-Clinching Screw
This product features an integrated structure of press-fitted serrated threads and screws, cold-forged, with the threads embedded in the sheet metal. After press-fitting, it is securely fixed with precision threads, allowing for direct tightening with nuts, and is suitable for automated assembly. The entire series includes various head types, is readily available, has rust-proof surface treatment, undergoes quality control, complies with environmental regulations, and compliance documentation can be provided. Custom lengths and thread specifications are supported.

Metric specifications: Thread sizes M1.0~M12, nominal length 3mm~60mm, suitable for sheet metal thicknesses 0.5mm~6mm, covering all standard pilot hole sizes; Imperial specifications: Thread sizes #0-80~1/2"-13, nominal length 1/8"~2", suitable for American standard sheet metal thicknesses 0.02"~0.25".
