Self-Clinching Nuts
This product is a nut with press-fit serrated edges, cold-forged, allowing the serrations to embed into sheet metal parts. It is then press-fitted using a press machine for a secure connection. The internal threads are precise, making it suitable for automated mass assembly. The full range covers mainstream systems, and stock is readily available. The surface is rust-proofed, and it undergoes quality control, complies with environmental regulations, and can provide compliance documentation. Custom sizes and serration patterns are available.
