Hex Flange Head Self-Tapping Screw
Flange self-tapping screws are precision fasteners with hexagonal flange heads. The shank has a smooth shoulder at the front and a self-tapping thread at the rear. Common sizes range from ST4.2 to ST6.3, and can be customized according to specific requirements. Common materials include high-quality low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, alloy steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, brass, and aluminum alloy. In terms of strength grades, carbon steel is available in 4.8, 6.8, and 8.8 grades, stainless steel in A2-50, A2-70, A4-70, and A4-80 grades, and non-ferrous metals are at least grade 4.8. Various surface treatments are available, including environmentally friendly blue-white zinc plating, color zinc plating, black zinc plating, environmentally friendly nickel plating, zinc-nickel alloy plating, Dacromet coating, electrophoresis, PVD, stainless steel natural finish, and stainless steel passivation.
