It is cold-forged, resulting in precise threads and a secure connection, making it suitable for precision anti-disassembly scenarios. Metric specifications: Thread sizes M1.6~M12, nominal length 3mm~100mm, full thread structure, thread tolerance 6g, T5~T40 full coverage of Torx grooves, coarse/fine threads optional. Imperial specifications: Thread sizes #2-56~#14-20, nominal length 1/8"~4", compatible with UNC/UNF American standard thread systems, 82° standard countersunk head angle.
Carbon steel grades 4.8, 6.8, and 8.8; stainless steel grades A2-50, A2-70, A4-70, and A4-80; non-ferrous metals grade not lower than 4.8.
