The anti-loosening flange lock nut is an all-metal lock nut with a flange-shaped head, featuring anti-slip teeth on the outer circumference and a self-locking structure using Spiral deformed threads. It has a stepped cylindrical shape. Sizes range from M6 to M20, and common materials include low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, alloy steel, 304 stainless steel, and 316 stainless steel. Surface treatments include environmentally friendly blue-white zinc, color zinc, black zinc, zinc-nickel alloy plating, hot-dip galvanizing, Dacromet coating, and natural stainless steel. Strength grades include 8, 10, A2-70, and A4-70. This nut offers excellent anti-loosening performance and a secure connection.
