Hexagon Head Blind Hole Rivet Nut
Hexagonal head blind hole rivet nuts are precision fasteners with a unique structure. One end is designed as a hexagonal flange, effectively preventing rotation during installation and ensuring connection stability; the other end is a closed blind hole, providing excellent waterproof and dustproof performance, making it particularly suitable for applications with high sealing requirements. Its shank is a smooth cylinder with a standard metric machine thread machined into the inner hole. Thread sizes range from M3 to M12, meeting the connection needs of thin-walled plates of varying thicknesses. This product is manufactured using a variety of commonly used materials, including high-quality low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, alloy steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, brass, and aluminum alloy. It offers a wide range of surface treatments to enhance its corrosion resistance and aesthetics, including environmentally friendly blue-white zinc plating, color zinc plating, black zinc plating, environmentally friendly nickel plating, zinc-nickel alloy plating, Dacromet coating, electrophoresis, PVD, stainless steel natural finish, and passivation. The product strength grades are divided into carbon steel grades 4.8, 6.8, and 8.8, stainless steel grades A2-50, A2-70, A4-70, and A4-80, and non-ferrous metal grades not lower than 4.8, depending on the material. They can be widely used in various scenarios such as connecting thin-walled plates that require waterproofing and dustproofing, fixing automotive parts, installing outdoor equipment frames, assembling electronic equipment housings, and connecting furniture hardware.
