This product features a washer head (large flat head) with a self-tapping thread structure. The flat, wide head distributes tightening pressure, preventing workpiece indentations. Cold-forged and rolled, the threads are sharp, allowing direct tightening onto soft materials for easy operation. The full range covers mainstream systems, with readily available stock. Metric specifications: Self-tapping thread sizes ST2.2~ST9.5, nominal length 3mm~50mm, compatible with three main structures: pan head with washer, large flat round head with washer, and hexagonal washer head with washer. Washer outer diameter can be customized according to customer requirements. Imperial specifications: Thread sizes #4-40~#14-20, nominal length 1/8"~2", compatible with UNC/UNF self-tapping thread systems.
Carbon steel grades 4.8, 6.8, and 8.8; stainless steel grades A2-50, A2-70, A4-70, and A4-80; non-ferrous metals grade not lower than 4.8.
