Hex Standoffs
This product is a hexagonal spacer support, cold-forged, with a hexagonal head for easy wrench tightening. Both ends are threaded (or threaded with smooth holes) to provide spaced support for sheet metal, maintaining parallelism, distributing pressure, and is suitable for precision equipment assembly. The full range covers mainstream systems, with readily available stock. Surface is rust-proofed, quality controlled, and compliant with environmental regulations. Compliance documentation is available. Custom lengths and hexagonal diameters are supported, suitable for precision spacer support.

Metric specifications: Thread sizes M1.6~M10, nominal length 3mm~100mm, with dimensions across flats adapted to the corresponding thread size. Two main structures are available: double-pass internal thread and single-pass internal/external thread (male/female). Customized threads with the same or different diameters at both ends are also available. Imperial specifications: Thread sizes #2-56~5/16"-18, nominal length 1/8"~4", compatible with UNC/UNF thread systems.
Carbon steel grades 4.8, 6.8, and 8.8; stainless steel grades A2-50, A2-70, A4-70, and A4-80; non-ferrous metals grade not lower than 4.8.
