
The six-piece continuous miniature grounding spring (connected terminal) is a precision structural component manufactured using high-speed continuous progressive stamping, precision bending, and electroplating processes. It is available in materials such as phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, C2680 brass, and SUS301 stainless steel, with surface treatment options including full nickel plating, partial gold plating of contacts, or matte/bright tin plating. This product is suitable for industries such as consumer electronics, smart wearables, automotive electronics, and communication modules. It enables multi-point synchronous grounding on PCBs to achieve ESD discharge and electromagnetic shielding for the entire device. It can also be used for flexible grounding in small connectors and button modules, multi-channel grounding and weak signal transmission within confined spaces, individual assembly of SMT components after die-cutting for grounding connections, and anti-interference grounding in RF modules to reduce loop contact impedance.
