
This series of irregularly shaped grounding/signal connection springs (multiple specifications) is a miniature conductive connection component designed specifically for complex internal connections in equipment. Manufactured using high-speed continuous stamping and multi-bending processes, it is available in materials such as phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, stainless steel (SUS301/SUS304), and brass (C2680/C2700), and offers various surface treatment options including nickel plating, gold plating, tin plating, and partial gold plating of the contacts. Its multi-bend, miniaturized structure flexibly adapts to complex, narrow, or confined installation spaces within equipment, enabling multi-loop/single-point grounding conduction on the PCB board, ensuring overall or partial grounding and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for the equipment. It is also suitable for electromagnetic shielding and grounding interference suppression of RF modules and signal components, as well as flexible grounding and signal transmission connections between components in different locations within the equipment. By reducing contact resistance, it improves the equipment's anti-interference performance and is widely used in consumer electronics, communication equipment, automotive electronics, and industrial control fields.
