
The continuously stamped double-position contact spring terminal is a precision structural component manufactured using high-speed continuous stamping, bending, and electroplating processes. It is available in materials such as phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, stainless steel (SUS301/SUS304), and brass (C2680/C2700), and surface treatments include nickel plating, gold plating, tin plating, and partial gold plating of the contacts. This product is suitable for industries such as consumer electronics, communication equipment, automotive electronics, and industrial control. It enables PCB grounding circuit continuity for overall equipment grounding and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. It can also be used for electromagnetic shielding and grounding interference suppression of RF modules/signal components. Furthermore, it facilitates flexible grounding connections between internal metal structural components and the PCB, flexible contact continuity for batteries/connectors to improve connection reliability, and grounding contacts for high-reliability equipment to reduce contact resistance and improve interference immunity.
