Hexagonal Spacer
Hexagonal spacer posts are precision fasteners with a hexagonal shape, one end threaded externally and the other internally threaded. Common sizes range from M3 to M6. Common materials include high-quality low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, alloy steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, brass, and aluminum alloy. Optional surface treatments include environmentally friendly blue-white zinc plating, color zinc plating, black zinc plating, environmentally friendly nickel plating, zinc-nickel plating, Dacromet coating, electrophoresis, PVD, stainless steel natural finish, and stainless steel passivation. In terms of strength, carbon steel can reach grades 4.8, 6.8, and 8.8; stainless steel includes A2-50, A2-70, A4-70, and A4-80; and non-ferrous metals are no lower than grade 4.8. This product is manufactured to order and is suitable for PCB board connections, electronic device housing fixation, communication equipment assembly, home appliance assembly, and hardware isolation connections. Common aliases include single-headed hexagonal copper post, external/internal thread spacer post, and galvanized hexagonal spacer post.
