Yongji Group appears at CIBF2025! New energy precision hardware solutions attract attention

From May 15 to 17, the 17th China International Battery Fair (CIBF 2025) was held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Organized by the China Industrial Association of Power Sources, the exhibition focused on advances in battery technologies and collaborative innovation across the industry chain, bringing together companies, research institutions, and industry professionals.

Covering 15 exhibition halls with a total exhibition area of nearly 300,000 square meters, CIBF 2025 provided a major platform for the battery and new energy industries. Yongji Group presented its comprehensive precision hardware solutions for new energy applications at Booth 14B028 in Hall 14, offering one-stop manufacturing services for power batteries, energy storage equipment, and related applications, including precision fasteners, electronic stamping and injection-molded parts, precision sheet metal components, and structural components for new energy systems.

With 20 years of experience in precision manufacturing, Yongji is supported by 54 patents and three production bases. At the exhibition, the company showcased cylindrical and prismatic battery housings, caps, top covers, and other components manufactured from materials including aluminum alloys and titanium alloys. Available surface treatment processes include Dacromet coating and conductive oxidation. Yongji’s products have obtained certifications including TS16949 and BV and undergo six-stage quality inspections to meet the application requirements of customers such as Sungrow.

During the exhibition, Yongji’s technical team also shared expertise in lightweight design, cost-optimization processes, and other manufacturing technologies. Visitors were invited to Booth 14B028 to explore how precision manufacturing can support the continued development of the new energy industry.
