Officially put into operation in 2021 and located in Gaoyou South Economic Development Zone, Yangzhou Yongji is the group’s core mass-production base integrating the R&D and manufacturing of fasteners, precision stampings, large-scale sheet metal and new energy structural parts. Covering a total area of 100,000 square meters with cumulative group investment of RMB 1 billion and registered capital of RMB 35 million, the base employs 300 production and quality management staff. It is equipped with fully automatic battery aluminum shell deep drawing lines, fiber laser cutters, CNC bending machines, robotic laser welding systems, automatic cleaning and full visual inspection lines, as well as professional cold heading and CNC machining workshops, enabling full in-house integrated production of fasteners, precision stampings and large sheet metal parts. Certified with Jiangsu Industrial Design Center and Enterprise Postgraduate Workstation, the company owns 54 independent patents and undertakes all domestic mass-production orders for the group’s fasteners and sheet metal structural components.
